About Vector Industries 

In 1969, a group of community and civic leaders in the Shenandoah Valley launched Vector Industries with the mission to operate a non-profit organization that trains and employs people with diverse abilities to enable them to reach their potential as productive community members.

Today, Vector Industries is stronger than ever. Providing much needed employment to those who have faced difficult challenges, Vector Industries operates with a dynamic culture, the core of which centers around an inclusive environment where everyone is valued for their uniqueness and special talents.
